Deatils about the Career Reboot Program

  • Women with a career break of over 24 months are eligible to apply.
  • The program duration will depend on your skill level and experience as well as the track you choose. Full-time and Part-time tracks are not time bound and your training course will be based on our standard employment policies.
  • If you opt for an internship, the duration will depend on the business unit and its on-job program construct. Once you apply to a role, you may contact the recruiter assigned for additional guidance.
  • There will be multiple learning channels and options available. You can learn at your own convenience and pace. However, you must adhere to the schedule of your online/offline training sessions and the timelines of the project or business requirements you are handling, based on the track you have opted for.
  • After completing your internship, Accenture’s HR team will guide you regarding the open positions available within different business units. Your candidature will be considered for the role which suits your interest and skill sets through a series of assessments and interviews. However, the offer of employment and confirmation will depend on your overall merit and performance.
  • The reason for leaving does not matter and each candidature will be evaluated on merit, experience, and relevance of skillsets.
