Capco India plans to hire over 500 consultants
Capco is a London-based management and technology consultancy. The new hires will operate from across several cities of India namely, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Capco has announced that it is going to hire more than 500 employees in India in the coming months. The new hires will fill roles in the areas of consulting, data, digital, and technology.

Capco is a London-based management and technology consultancy. The new hires will operate from across several cities of India namely, Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Capco India offers key services including business change services, Finance Risk and Compliance (FRC), digital engineering and innovation, data & analytics, technology delivery, and project management office (PMO) services for large global transformation programmes.” said Hiri Kowshika, Managing Partner and Head of Capco India.

“This current initiative to expand our pool of talent and expertise is the latest phase in our ongoing and significant investment in India, which already saw us recruit 500 new colleagues in 2021.” Hiri added.

Hiri further said, “Capco India is a critical part of Capco’s business and provides support globally to many of the world’s leading financial institutions. Capco in India currently employs around 1,400 consultants and financial services specialists across its locations which is almost 20 percent of Capco’s global workforce.
