Recently, HCLTech has asked its employees to come to office and work at least three days a week.
C Vijayakumar, CEO and Managing Director, HCLTech said “Continuously working away from the office is not a good idea at all. He said that the company is giving some flexibility to the employees on what these three days will be.”
