Position Overview
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing inbound customer queries from UK-based clients, adhering to established protocols to ensure high-quality service.
The role involves following escalation procedures for complex issues, ensuring first-call resolution, and maintaining accurate records by updating logs like the escalation log and complaint tracker.
Additionally, candidates are expected to adhere to schedules and participate in motivational activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a professional telephone manner and a commitment to quality service.
Prior experience in US inbound calling is preferred, as well as an empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
