IT giant HCLTech is organizing a Mega Walk-In Drive for freshers to fill exciting roles in Accounts and Finance.

Accounts and Finance- Walk-in Drive Details

Date & Time: 16th January, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Venue: A-8-9, Maharaja Agrasen Marg, Block A, Noida Sector 60 (Near Metro Sector 59)

Role Details

  • Manage accounts payable, invoice processing, travel expenses, vendor queries, and ensure compliance with KPIs/SLAs.
  • Open to B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, and BA graduates (2021-2024 pass-outs).
  • Night shifts only; based in Noida.

Exciting Opportunity: Women Returning to Work Program

HCLTech is inviting job applications for its Women Returning to Work Program after a minimum 3-year career break.

This is a contract role for an initial 6 months at HCLTech Noida.

Designation: Associate/Deputy Manager (GPS)
Band: E2/E1/E0
Location: Noida (Hybrid Working Option)
Qualification: Graduate/MBA/BE/B-Tech
Salary Budget: Below 7 LPA

Women Returning to Work Program

The Women Returning to Work Program offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid options, to support a healthy work-life balance.

Participants will have access to training sessions and mentorship from senior leaders to help refresh skills and ease the transition back into the workforce.

Additionally, personalized support is provided to accommodate the unique needs of women returning after a career break.

This initiative is designed for women looking to restart their careers after a break due to caregiving, education, or personal reasons.

Job Responsibilities

Post “On-Job Training,” participants will focus on process improvement, cost optimization, and stakeholder management within Procurement.

They will assess automation needs, negotiate commercial terms, and drive continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and value.

Skills Requirement

The program seeks candidates with a strong academic and professional background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Strong communication, adaptability, and a collaborative approach are essential, along with a readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.
