Role & Responsibilities
As an Invoice/MIS Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and managing utilization reports for health check clients.
- Reconciling client data with vendor invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinating with clients on utilization reports, invoicing, and following up on payments.
- Providing revenue forecasts biweekly, supporting business revenue tracking.
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
- Resolving invoicing and utilization data discrepancies efficiently.
Ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, along with excellent communication and client management abilities. This role demands high independence and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
