- Research and build dispute cases for Credit/Debit card issues (Visa/MasterCard/Amex).
- Validate data and ensure appropriate actions during the dispute lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
- 3-5 years of experience in disputes or payments industry (US market experience preferred).
