Hyundai Motor to Hire Global Talent in Advanced Technologies

Hyundai Motor, a global leader in the automotive industry, has announced a global recruitment program aimed at securing top-tier foreign engineering talent.

The program is set to attract highly skilled professionals from diverse engineering fields, further strengthening Hyundai’s position as a pioneer in the automotive and mobility sectors.

Hyundai Motor: Key Details of the Recruitment Program

The recruitment drive, which begins this week, is open to overseas engineering Ph.D. holders, as well as bachelor’s and master’s degree holders in engineering disciplines.

Hyundai Motor is also launching an internship program for foreign university students currently studying in South Korea.

The program is designed to identify and nurture talent in cutting-edge research areas, including:

  • Artificial intelligence and data analytics
  • Battery technology
  • Hydrogen fuel cells
  • Smart factory systems
  • Robotics
  • Advanced air mobility (AAM)
  • Cybersecurity

Hyundai’s official recruitment website will accept applications for the program.

The selection process includes application screening in May, followed by interviews in June.

Finalists will be invited to Hyundai’s Namyang Research & Development Center in South Korea for the final interview process.

Internship Opportunities and Career Pathways

In addition to the recruitment program, Hyundai Motor is offering a five-week internship program scheduled for July and August.

This initiative provides hands-on training and exposure to Hyundai’s innovative projects.

The company will consider interns who excel during the program for full-time employment.

This offers a seamless pathway for talented individuals to become part of the company.
