Infosys India is hiring for thousands of Jobs including Freshers

Infosys, a global leader in technology services and consulting, has announced plans to hire over 20,000 fresh graduates during FY26 as part of its ongoing expansion efforts.

The company continues to invest in building a robust workforce to meet growing business demands across key markets and sectors.

In Q3FY25, the December 2024 quarter, Infosys reported adding 5,591 employees, bringing its total headcount to 3,23,379.

Salil Parekh, CEO and MD of Infosys, stated, “We saw strong hiring in Q3, with an increase of over 5,000 employees. Hiring will continue, influenced by discretionary spending trends. However, it will reflect the seasonality we observe in our revenue.”

The company also exceeded market expectations by recording an 11.4% increase in net profit, reaching ₹68.06 billion. Revenue for the same period rose by 7.6%, totaling ₹417.64 billion.

This growth was largely attributed to strong demand in Europe and steady performance in the financial services and manufacturing industries.

Currently, Infosys is actively hiring for over 1,300 positions in India, with significant opportunities for both experienced professionals and recent graduates.

Over 500 roles are aimed at entry-level and freshers, providing an excellent platform for those just starting their careers.

Lateral Hiring Opportunities

Infosys is seeking skilled professionals across various domains, including technology, consulting, and operations. These positions cater to individuals with a proven track record in areas like software development, data analysis, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.

The company’s focus on hiring experienced talent highlights its commitment to addressing the complex needs of global clients. Click here on Infosys LinkedIn Page to explore job opportunities.

This initiative is part of Infosys’s broader strategy to build a pipeline of future-ready professionals who can adapt to dynamic market demands.

Infosys resumes hiring across various levels, including fresh graduates. In FY25, the company plans to bring on approximately 15,000-20,000 freshers, signaling a rebound after a slower hiring phase.

With its combination of lateral and entry-level hiring, Infosys aims to maintain its position as a leading employer while driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions to its clients.
