Infosys is hiring for various roles in India, WFH jobs, freshers can also apply

India’s second-largest IT major, Infosys is hiring professionals for various profiles globally including in India across the country.

Commenting on the hiring Chief Financial Officer Nilanjan Roy has said earlier this year, “The IT firm continues to prioritize investments in talent acquisition and development, and Infosys may hire more than 55,000 fresh graduates from campuses in FY23 under Global Graduate Hiring Program, to support the growth ambitions”

The company’s chief executive Salil Parekh has said there are tremendous opportunities awaiting engineering and science graduates in the tech sector but urged them to internalize that it will be a career where they will have to learn new skills at shorter durations.

“We will recruit 55k college grads in FY22. We think we will recruit that or a higher number in next year (FY23),” Parekh said while addressing IT industry lobby Nasscom’s annual NTLF event.

Infosys is opening four new offices in tier-II cities like Coimbatore, Noida, and Vizag. The move is aimed to empower the local talent.  

IT company added nearly 22,000 employees during the fourth quarter with a total headcount of 3,14,015 employees on March 31, 2022.
