L&T Technology Services is hosting a walk-in drive for experienced candidates with a background in robotic simulation for automotive manufacturing processes.
This opportunity is open for candidates with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience and a degree in Engineering (B.E.).
The role falls under the Engineering & Manufacturing category, specifically focusing on research and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with robotic systems such as Fanuc, Yaskawa, Motoman, KUKA, and ABB robots is essential. Knowledge of laser bonding equipment operations will be an added advantage.
- Experience in robotic simulation for various manufacturing processes, including spot welding, riveting, adhesive and sealing, and material handling.
- Additional experience in arc welding, hemming, clinching, laser welding, and screwing is beneficial.
- Proficiency in layout optimization, weld spot distribution, fixture and tool kinematics, and cycle time analysis.
Preferred Skills and Requirements
- Expertise in robotic path preparation and tool validation, particularly for welding guns and related equipment.
- Awareness of RCS, OLP, and technical documentation.
- Must possess Japanese language proficiency (N3 level) for client interaction and requirement gathering from stakeholders based in Japan.
- Required software knowledge includes Process Simulate, Delmia V5, and MS Office.
