L&T Technology Services to hire 1,000 engineers in 2 years

India’s leading pure-play engineering services company, L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has opened a new campus in Mysuru, Karnataka.

“As LTTS grows beyond the billion-dollar annual revenue milestone, the vision of developing the Mysore center is on the fast track to attract new talent and help deliver even greater customer success journeys,” Amit Chadha added.

This centre will be catering to the design and development of embedded solutions, digital products, and software engineering.

The company said in a statement, “The new ‘Module X‘ campus houses eight floors with engineers in this centre working on a wide spectrum of services covering multiple industries.”

The company also plans to expand its delivery and design centre in the city to cater to the demand for engineering services.

L&T Technology Services is also planning to hire over 1,000 engineers in Mysuru over the next two years. The 35-acre LTTS Mysore campus has a total current headcount of 4,000+ engineers.

The campus is also known for its exciting product engineering work for global customers and has a track record of sustainable business practices including rainwater harvesting, STP water recapture, and organic farming initiatives, especially the growing of medicinal plants.

L&T Technology Services (LTTS) customer base includes 69 Fortune 500 companies and 57 of the world’s top ER&D companies, across industrial products, medical devices, transportation, telecom & hi-tech, and the process industries.

L&T Technology Services Limited headquartered in India at the end of Q2FY23, LTTS’ employee strength stood at 21,474. It is spread across 20 global design centers, 28 global sales offices, and 90 innovation labs as of September 30, 2022.
