MathCo to Boost Global Workforce with 400 New Employees

MathCo, a leading AI and data analytics firm, has announced plans to hire 400 additional employees by the end of the current fiscal year.

This expansion is part of the company’s broader strategy to boost its global workforce to 2,500 by FY25-26.

As its technical workforce grows, MathCo will also expand its enablement functions to support this growth.

Mathco. Hiring Strategy

The company’s hiring drive focuses on recruiting fresh talent and experienced professionals in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, data science, and consumption specialists.

MathCo aims to balance its approach by investing in internal upskilling and onboarding new talent with relevant backgrounds to strengthen its capabilities in these areas.

Fresh graduates joining MathCo participate in the ‘Challengers Programme,’ a comprehensive 16-week training initiative.

This program combines technical and domain learning with innovative thinking and collaborative skills development.

“Our hiring is based on the revenue growth forecast and the influx of newer tools and technologies,” said Sayandeb Banerjee, CEO and cofounder of MathCo.

As the company scales its portfolio and offerings, it demands growth in its people’s strength.

The influx of new hires will support MathCo’s expansion into new markets and the development of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of its clients.

Supporting Technical Workforce Growth

The company is prioritizing both internal upskilling and recruiting new talent with expertise in AI and data analytics.

This dual strategy aims to ensure that MathCo remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

It also guarantees that the company continues to deliver high-quality services to its clients.

MathCo’s ambitious hiring plan is expected to have a significant impact on the industry, driving advancements in AI and data analytics.

By expanding its workforce and investing in talent development, the company aims to enhance its capabilities. This approach helps maintain its competitive edge.

The growth in its global workforce will enable MathCo to take on larger and more complex projects, further solidifying its position as a leader in the tech industry.
