Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal says ‘drop me a line’ to get hired

An Indian multinational ridesharing company, Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal has shared a post on Twitter saying that the company is always looking to hire bright talent.

Bhavish Aggarwal recently shared a tweet saying, “One of the aspects of my job I love most is that I get to work with the best designers in the world!”

“The creative talent at Ola is next level. Here’s a video showing our design work and ethos! We’re always hiring bright talent! Drop me a line”, the tweet added.

Commenting on the hiring process the company said on its career page, “Ola is built on an entrepreneurial DNA. Innovation, experimentation, and problem-solving are at the core of what we do. This has helped us revolutionize mobility like never before, helping build locally relevant and scalable solutions, as well as cutting-edge technology for India and the world.”

“From changing the way India commutes using bikes, autos, and cabs through an app, to making bold futuristic bets on emerging areas like Electric or scaling our technology to serve the unique needs of global markets, Ola’s team of 7,000+, are torchbearers of its mission to build mobility for a billion people”, the company added.

Recently, Bhavish Aggarwal recently shared another tweet announcing news of a technical blog.

His tweet said, “Too much myth building and mud-slinging happening on us last few days. Today we’re publishing a technical blog to share our engineering facts and break the fake and agenda-driven narrative. Do read here: https://blog.olaelectric.com/our-engineering-facts/

This blog will contain various aspects. The aspects will be including the engineering behind the Ola S1 e-scooter (including safety and testing they have undergone), deep dive into specific issues, some of the engineering improvement activities the company is going to undertake, and the processes Ola will follow for deploying various upgrades.

Ola is India’s largest mobility platform and one of the world’s largest ride-hailing companies, serving 250+ cities across India, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
