IT giant is hiring for SAP Fiori/UI5 Technical role in Mumbai offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with 2 to 4 years of experience in software product development.
This permanent position involves a hiring drive with video interviews from January 16-25, 2025.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Experience in custom-developed UI5 applications (transactional, reporting, dashboard).
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with SAP backend development tools such as Gateway, OData, and ABAP.
- Proficiency in SAP Gateway, OData, ABAP, CDS, and RAP is an added advantage.
- SAP Certification in relevant areas will be given preference.
- Ability to manage and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in critical/complex situations.
- Good understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is desirable.

TCS Q3FY25 Results
Tata Consultancy Services reported a decline in headcount by 5,370 employees in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q3 FY25), reversing two consecutive quarters of growth.
As of December 31, 2024, TCS’ total headcount stands at 607,354.
TCS Financial Performance in Q3 FY25
- The company posted a net profit of Rs 12,380 crore for Q3 FY25, marking a 5.5% increase from Rs 11,735 crore in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.
- Revenue from operations grew by 5.6% to Rs 63,973 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2024, reflecting positive profitability despite slightly lower revenue growth compared to the previous quarter.
- Compared to Q2 FY25, revenue from operations saw a marginal decline from Rs 64,259 crore to Rs 63,973 crore. However, the net profit increased by 3.95% quarter-on-quarter.
- On a year-on-year basis, TCS’ revenue grew by 4.5% in constant currency.
Attrition and Headcount Details
- The attrition rate rose to 13% in Q3 FY25, up from 12.3% in the previous quarter.
- Despite a decrease in headcount, TCS promoted over 25,000 associates during Q3 FY25, bringing the total promotions for the financial year to more than 110,000.
- The company continues to focus on employee upskilling, well-being, and campus hiring as part of its long-term strategy.
Collaborations and PartnershipsTCS announced several new collaborations and partnerships in Q3 FY25, including partnerships with leading technology firms and academic institutions to enhance innovation and skill development.
