TCS is Hiring Arts and Commerce Graduates in India, Apply Here

India’s largest IT services provider, Tata Consultancy Services is hiring under the TCS BPS program and offering exciting entry-level opportunities for graduates including Arts and Commerce.

As part of its Business Processing Services unit, candidates can join one of TCS’s fastest-growing divisions and be at the heart of dynamic operations.

These roles provide a platform for accelerated career growth and skill development, enabling individuals to contribute to business transformation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Test Eligibility

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must be 3-year full-time graduates from streams such as B.Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, or BMS.
  • Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: Up to one pending or active backlog/arrear/ATKT is allowed at the time of the TCS interview. However, no backlogs/arrears/ATKT are permitted at the time of joining TCS. All pending backlogs/arrears/ATKT must be cleared within the stipulated course duration.
  • Extended Education: Candidates must have completed their course within the standard duration; extended education is not permitted.
  • Gap/Break in Education: Any gaps in education must be declared in the TCS Application Form. The total academic gap should not exceed 24 months up to the highest qualification. Relevant documentation will be verified for gaps.
  • Course Types: Only full-time courses are eligible. Part-time or correspondence courses will not be considered. Candidates who completed their Secondary or Senior Secondary education through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are eligible if their other qualifications are full-time.
  • Work Experience: The role is specifically for trainee requirements. Candidates with prior work experience must declare it in the TCS Application Form.
  • Work Environment: Candidates should be willing to work in a 24×7 environment, including rotational shifts and night shifts, as per project requirements.
  • Age Limit: The minimum age requirement is 18 years, and the maximum age limit is 28 years.

Declare any gaps in education or prior work experience, if applicable. Shortlisted candidates will be notified about the interview process. Prepare necessary documents, including academic certificates, ID proof, and gap-related documentation (if any).
