Recent Hiring Trends at TCS

In Q2, TCS added 5,726 new employees, bringing its workforce to a total of 612,724. This marks an increase of approximately 11,000 employees in the first half of FY25.

Amidst growth in AI-driven projects and new deal implementations, the company’s attrition rate rose slightly to 12.3% from 12.1% in the previous quarter, reflecting TCS’s continued strategic focus on hiring to support its expanding project portfolio.
