TCS NQT- Freshers Hiring, Apply Today Deadline Ending Soon

India’s largest IT services provider company, Tata Consultancy Services is hiring fresher engineering candidates through TCS NQT, which follows a single test process for hiring under Prime, Digital, and Ninja categories.

TCS NQT is based on test performance, candidates qualify for respective interviews. It is open to students pursuing B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, M.E., M.C.A., M.Sc., or M.S. in any specialization from AICTE or UGC-recognized colleges and universities.

This test provides an opportunity for fresh graduates to join TCS through a streamlined selection process. Candidates must perform well in the test to secure interview opportunities for different roles.

Test Eligibility- TCS NQT

TCS NQT is open to candidates with the following degrees from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions:

  • Degrees: B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, M.E., M.C.A., M.Sc., or M.S.
  • Academic Performance: Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA throughout academics; the final degree must state “First Class.”
  • Backlogs: No active backlogs allowed; all must be cleared within the course duration.
  • Education Gaps: Must be declared and should not exceed 24 months.
  • Course Type: Only full-time courses are accepted.
  • Open Schooling: NIOS candidates are eligible if higher studies were full-time.
  • Work Experience: Up to 2 years (for postgraduates).
  • Age Limit: 18–28 years.

Hiring Categories

TCS offers below salary packages across various categories under the NQT hiring plan: Prime, Digital, and Ninja. Here’s a breakdown of the information:

Prime Roles:

  • UG Offer: 9.0 LPA
  • PG Offer: 11.5 LPA
  • Focus on complex projects, advanced technologies, algorithms, and emerging tech applications. These roles involve system design integration, automation, and robust security practices.

Digital Roles:

  • UG Offer: 7.0 LPA
  • PG Offer: 7.3 LPA
  • Involves solution development and integration, driving internal initiatives, working on new product development, and contributing to tech frameworks and tools.

Ninja Roles:

  • UG Offer: 3.36 LPA
  • PG Offer: 3.53 LPA
  • Focus on managing and supporting application development, enhancing systems engineering, and exploring next-gen technologies.
