Altran is now Capgemini Engineering
Capgemini unveiled today ‘Capgemini Engineering’, which consolidates a unique set of market-leading capabilities in engineering and R&D.
Capgemini Engineering helps the largest innovators in the world engineer the products and services of tomorrow, and cope with disruption by embedding into products digital and software technologies.
In 2019, Capgemini acquired a global engineering and R&D services firm Altran Technologies which has been working for more than 35 years with a portfolio of high-profile clients in many sectors like Automotive, Aeronautics, Space, Defence & Naval, Rail, Infrastructure & Transport, Industry & Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Communications, Semiconductor & Electronics, Software & Internet, Finance & Public Sector. Formerly Altran was known as Aricent has nearly 52,000 engineers in more than 30 countries.
