Fidelity International Bengaluru Office Expansion to Boost Talent Pool

Global investment firm Fidelity International has announced a significant expansion of its office space in Bengaluru, doubling its capacity to 50,000 square feet.

This move is part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in India and tap into the country’s skilled talent pool.

Located in Manyata Tech Park, the expanded office space will accommodate 700 to 800 employees in a dynamic hybrid working setup.

The initial office space spanned 25,000 square feet. The expansion aligns with Fidelity’s long-term vision to enhance its capabilities and support business growth.

Fidelity International Strategic Vision: Hiring Plans

Upasna Nischal, India Site Head and Head of HR at Fidelity International, stated, “Our real estate expansion in Bengaluru reflects our confidence in the region’s potential.”

She added, “We are committed to nurturing local talent, developing capabilities, and delivering value that supports our global operations.”

The company aims to meet evolving business and client needs by leveraging India’s talent pool.

Since commencing operations in Bengaluru in July 2023, Fidelity International has developed specialized capabilities in cyber security and infrastructure services.

The company has also focused on enhancing its asset management operations.

The designers ensured the expanded office space matches global standards, providing a plug-and-play environment with best-in-class phygital infrastructure.

Leadership Changes and Impact on Talent Acquisition

In December 2024, Fidelity International announced key leadership changes. Upasna Nischal and Rohit Jetly took on new roles to drive the company’s growth and innovation.

Rohit is now leading technology and operations for the company’s global platform solutions (GPS) business.

The expansion will attract top talent and support business growth, reflecting Fidelity’s confidence in India’s potential.

The company aims to provide a welcoming and modern workspace. It will integrate local cultural elements and materials, evoking a sense of hospitality for its employees.
