The facility has a seating capacity of around 5000 employees, it will go live in the first quarter of next year.

The new facility at Northgate will see the company spreading its presence across the city as opposed to being concentrated in one location.

The company’s perspective is to broaden its operation in one of the many largest workplace lease offers within the metropolis on current occasions.

The company has its own campus spread across 81 acre in electronic city and a facility in Bhartiya City spread over 2,50,000 sq ft.

The brand new facility is developed by Fashionable Asset Administration, the Grade-A SEZ tech park in Yelahanka extends over a space of 13.3 acres and has a complete built-up space of three million sq ft.

This will help the talent from the North Karnataka region to move to Hubballi as it will be near to natives. For recreational activities, Hubballi is surrounded by many tourist places such as Hampi, Badavi Caves, Pattadakallu, Kudalasangama, and Dandeli.

The company is opening four new offices in tier-II cities like Coimbatore, Noida, Kolkata, and Vizag. The move is aimed to empower the local talent.

Nilanjan Roy, Chief Financial Officer said, “We are fueling the strong growth momentum with strategic investments in talent through hiring and competitive compensation revisions. While this will impact margins in the immediate term, it is expected to reduce attrition levels and position us well for future growth.”
