KPMG is hiring freshers and experienced people in India, apply here

KPMG, a multinational professional services network, and one of the Big Four accounting organizations invites applications from freshers, experienced people, and returning women with career gaps in India.

Recently the company has also announced its new initiative “KPMG in India’s Returning Women Program“. Under this program, it hires women professionals with career gaps.

Announcing the KPMG in India’s Returning Women Program, the company said, “We strongly believe in fostering a work environment where women can flourish, and implementing initiatives that support, advance, retain and reward them. Not only is it the right thing to do, for us, it is also a smart and strategic business imperative to be a more inclusive and diverse firm,”

Elaborating on the returning women program, KPMG said, “The program will help women make a meaningful second career comeback, keeping in mind the agility factor. Through the program, the firm enables women to return to the working world after a career break, by providing opportunities akin to their skills and experiential learning, and a robust ecosystem of enablers,”
