L&T hiring for multiple roles, both freshers & experienced people can apply

Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), India’s biggest manufacturing, technology, finance, construction, and engineering company invites applications for freshers hiring.

L&T is hiring for the positions of Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs), Post-graduate Engineer Trainees (PGETs), Junior Engineer Trainees (JETs), Management Trainees, Post Graduate Management Trainees (PGMTs), and Chartered Accountants.

Campus Recruitment

The freshers are usually selected through campus recruitment or through GATE score. L&T’s campus recruitment teams visit India’s leading colleges, offering opportunities to bright engineers.

The selection process is rigorous and the company looks for candidates who match L&T’s value system, have a strong knowledge base and have the skill to apply concepts.

As part of L&T’s on-boarding process, all fresh entrants go through an Induction Programme, a ‘finishing school’ as it were, which gives them an overview of the breadth of work. This program titled ‘Prayag’ helps all Graduate and Post Graduate Trainees get acclimatized to our work culture and start delivering from day one.

The Prayag programme consists of an orientation on L&T, its businesses, and projects undertaken. The trainees work on technical projects, individual assignments, product simulations, and undergo various technical as well non-technical exercises online.

The programme is a good mix of technical & behavioural programmes along with a lot of fun-filled activities such as In-basket exercises, Games, Contests and Cultural Programmes.

The company said, “In 2020, Prayag took a new shape with pandemic related lockdowns impacting the entire process,”

“L&T’s commitment to future ‘Imagineers’ led us to design a unique and award-winning virtual onboarding programme. Designed and executed in record time, initiatives like remote joining, virtual induction, know your leader series, and virtual tours are now institutionalised as best practices,” It added.

Off-Campus Drive

The company is hiring BE / B.tech / Diploma ( Civil, Mechanical, Electrical ) with 65% & above Marks in Class X, Class XII and Graduation (and PG if pursued) for PAN India Projects.

L&T Construction is organising Walk-In Drive at locations such as Punjab, and Maharashtra. Interested jobs aspirants who qualify above criteria can apply on or before the deadline- 26th March 2022.
