Reliance Group hires 2.6L people in FY2022-23 as growth picks up

An Indian conglomerate, Reliance ADA Group or simply Reliance Group hired 2.6 Lakh people in FY2022-23 as growth picks up.

RIL increased its overall workforce. It hired a significant number of new employees, with 262,558 fresh hires in FY23 and 19.3% women employees contribution in the company.

Reliance Group is one of the largest employers, with an employee strength of 3,89,414. It has a 1,646 differently-abled workforce. Additionally, it has been featured in LinkedIn’s Top 25 workplaces in India. The company has strengthened its talent pool through training and upskilling.
