- Hold a bachelor’s degree by October 1, 2025.
- Be an Indian citizen, a citizen of Nepal or Bhutan, or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
- Be between 21 and 32 years of age as of the program’s commencement date.
Application Process
The application process for the fellowship involves two stages:
- Stage 1: Registration and Online Assessment Candidates must complete an online registration form and provide essay-based responses detailing their motivations, perspectives, and vision for joining the fellowship.
- Stage 2: Personal Interview Shortlisted candidates will undergo a personal interview conducted by a panel of experts. This stage evaluates the applicant’s personal qualities, beyond academic and professional achievements.
