India’s largest IT services provider company Tata Consultancy Services has announced TCS Atlas Hiring Program for post-graduates, year of passing 2020, 2021 & 2022.
Explaining its Atlas Hiring Program, the company said, “TCS Atlas Hiring is designed exclusively for impressive talent with a passion for innovation, and those who believe they can reimagine business functioning through a data-centric approach.”
“Talent discovered through TCS Atlas Hiring will be a catalyst to providing superior business outcomes, bring confidence to decision-making and help businesses execute effective data-driven strategies to build a greater future.” It said.
The company invites job applications from M.Sc (Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics) & MA (Economics) from Year of Passing (YoP) – 2020, 2021 & 2022 under this new program.
Only Full-time Post Graduation courses with specializations as Mathematics/Statistics/ Economics will be considered from the year of passing 2020,2021 and 2022 (Part-Time/ Correspondence courses will not be considered).
How to Apply
Step 1. Register and complete the application form on TCS NextStep portal. The status of your application should be ‘Application Received’ and above.
Keep your CT/DT ID handy and update the same on the link provided in step 2.
Scenario A: In case you already have CT/DT ID, kindly log on to TCS Next Step Portal (click here) and complete the application form.
Scenario B: If you are a new user, kindly log on to TCS Next Step Portal (click here). Click on ‘Register Now’, choose category as ‘IT’, proceed to fill your details and submit your application form.
Step 2. As the final step, click here to apply for TCS Atlas Hiring. This is a mandatory step.

TCS added 28,238 people in the q3, December 2021 ending quarter, a mix of fresh engineering graduates and lateral hires with a consolidated headcount of over 5 lakhs with a diverse workforce comprising 147 nationalities.
TCS, which hired 43,000 freshers in the first half of fiscal 2022, said in the third quarter itself it hired the 34,000 freshers planned for the entire second half and will likely hire more in the fourth quarter.
However, the company’s attrition rose to 15.3% from 11.9% in the second quarter but it was still below the industry levels.
At the end of December, TCS had 556,986 employees on its rolls with more than 200,000 women which made up 36% of its workforce.
