Café Coffee Day is organizing pet adoption drive in Bengaluru on Valentine’s Day

Café Coffee Day is organizing pet adoption drive in Bengaluru on Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day, CCD aims to rekindle people’s compassion by organizing a pet adoption event at The Coffee Day Square, Bengaluru on Feb 14, 2021. In keeping with its brand ethos of ‘A lot can happen over coffee’, the café chain wants to offer pet lovers in the city the opportunity of taking home a furry friend for life – after all, nothing compares to the unconditional love of a pet.

For the adoption drive, the focus will be on dogs with disabilities, adult dogs with unusual life stories as well as adorable little puppies. 15 puppies will be up for adoption plus 3 special ones who are disabled and 2 cute ones who are sight impaired, all looking for a new home. Cafe Coffee Day has partnered with CJ Memorial Trust and The Doggy Bakery to organize this event.

Commenting on the event Vinay Bhopatkar CEO, Café Coffee Day says, “We believe in creating memorable and meaningful experiences for our customers. Over the last couple of months, we have worked towards making cafes with outdoor spaces pet friendly and this initiative is part of our pet community-building efforts. The unconditional love of a pet can do more than just the company. Pets are known to decrease stress levels, and even improve one’s health. We are happy to be part of a noble imitative such as this and will continue to add value to our customers in their lives.”

CCD has been taking several initiatives to go pet friendly which have received a great response from its customers. This event is yet another step to collaborate with the like-minded patrons and deliver value to customers through a holistic experience.
