Kellton Tech to hire 400 people this year

Kellton Tech, digital transformation solutions, and services company, is looking to add 400 people this year as part of its expansion plan.

Kellton plans to expand its business into Europe and also to offer enhanced solutions and services to its clients in the form of comprehensive packages.

Currently, the company has approximately 1,600 employees, including 350 in the United States, 150 in Europe, and over 1,000 in India.

“We are changing our systems and processes and looking to hire a significant number of people to prepare the organization to achieve revenues of $ 300 million from the current level of 100 million dollars., ”said Niranjan Chintam Executive Chairman of Kellton.

In addition to aiming to generate more revenue from existing customers by offering a “full set” of solutions and services, the company will focus on growing its business in Europe.

“From a vertical point of view, we will focus on horizontal offers. It’s not that we don’t offer them now. We sell them aggressively, independently. We are going to offer them as a complete package to get more revenue from our customers, ”he said, adding that this required a whole new approach and the company was in the process of preparing its employees.

“European geography currently contributes around 7% of our income. We expect this figure to reach 14%, ”he said.

In the quarter ended March 31, 2021, the company reported sales of 209 crore yen compared to 198 crore yen in the same quarter of the previous year. He brought in a net profit of 19 crore.
