RSWM Limited announces death benefits due to COVID-19

RSWM Limited announces to extend the interim support to the deceased employees’ families of its company who have lost their life due to dreadful COVID -19.

The company introduces below death benefits due to COVID-19

a) Half of the monthly salary or minimum 25k which ever is higher per month for two years to the family.
b) Education expenses for school/college going children, if any, for three years.
c) Extend the Mediclaim policy benefit to the family for three years.
d) Employment to the dependant as per the qualification/skills

Announcing the Death Benefits, Manoj Sharma, Chief HR Officer, RSWM Ltd said, “These benefits cannot compensate to the magnitude of the loss, but RSWM as a Parivar is with the family during these difficult times.”

“I wish that all the corporate houses should take an initiative to support the family of employees who lost their life due to covid,” he added.
