Wipro Q2 FY25 Results and Hiring Trends
The company achieved a net profit of ₹3,209 crore, marking a 21% increase compared to the same period last year.
In the second quarter of fiscal year 2025, Wipro’s total workforce reached 233,889 employees, marking an increase of 978 from the previous quarter.
Additionally, Wipro’s voluntary attrition rate rose to 14.5% on a trailing 12-month basis, up from 14.1% in the first quarter.
Wipro plans to hire approximately 3,000 new graduates each quarter and approximately 10,000 to 12,000 people in fiscal year 2025, including both on-campus and off-campus recruitment.
