Wipro extends work from home till April 2021

The Bengaluru-based IT services provider, Wipro limited has further extended work-from-home (WFH) for its employees till April 4 next year, keeping in view employees’ safety.

Currently, over 98% of Wipro employees are working from home as of now. The company said, “We do see merit in people coming to office to experience the culture and build social capital via informal interactions. However, in these circumstances, our first priority is the employees’ safety.”

“We have implemented multiple safeguards for employees who are required to work from office such as zoning protocols, distant seating, isolation rooms, sanitization, etc but we are enabling employees to WFH as much as possible.
