Zimyo, an HR tech platform to double its headcount in this fiscal

Zimyo, an HR tech platform to increase its team size by two-fold, plans to strengthen the business by hiring A-Players in the current fiscal year.

The last two years have been really great for Zimyo, a unified HCM platform. The HR tech platform has enjoyed substantial growth both in terms of business revenue and profitability.

It has recently partnered with various insurance companies, NBFCs, AMCs to unveil an extensive “Employee Benefits” module offering Advance Salary, Payday Loans/Personal Loans, Health & Term Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, and much more. 

Given the increase in its user base/user adoption, the organisation is planning to increase its team size by two-fold. Presently, the company has a team of more than 80 employees and now it is all set to hire more than 70 people and increase its team strength in India by two-fold. The organisation is scouting for skilled professionals across several verticals including technology, business development, marketing, and customer support. 

Funding details

After a year of inception, the platform raised 1.5 mn in the seed funding round led by Hero Choudhary, BEENEXT. The company allocated the funds to build better products, hire top talents and improve customer experiences. 

Revenue and Expansion 

Zimyo is recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the HR Tech space. In the last year, the company witnessed a 4x growth in terms of customers with 4.5x revenue growth.
