Haryana Government Launches Upgraded e-HRMS 2.0

Haryana government has announced the launch of the upgraded Haryana Human Resource Management System (e-HRMS) 2.0, aimed at streamlining the management of state government employees.

This new system is designed to enhance efficiency in employee placements, transfers, and postings while ensuring optimal utilization of government resources.

Haryana Government: Management of State Employees

The upgraded e-HRMS 2.0 will serve as a single platform for managing various HR functions, including placements, transfers, postings, and other terms and conditions of service for employees across departments and organizations.

The system will maintain real-time employee data, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.

This will help in systematically managing the creation and alteration of posts, placements, transfers, and postings of officials, whether regularly recruited or contractual employees.

The new system will include multiple modules to handle different HR functions, ensuring smooth operations at all times.

Human Resources Department (HRD) will oversee the development, hosting, and smooth operation of these software modules.

Additionally, the HRD will ensure data safety and integrity, maintaining up-to-date information on the terms and conditions of service for employees.

Empowered Committee for Oversight

An Empowered Committee (EC) will be constituted to oversee the functioning of e-HRMS 2.0.

The committee will be chaired by the Chief Secretary, with the Director General/Director of the Human Resources Department serving as the Member Secretary.

The Administrative Secretaries of the Finance Department and the Human Resources Department will also be members of the committee.

The EC will meet as needed to make decisions regarding the functioning of e-HRMS 2.0. This includes additions, alterations, or modifications to modules.

These decisions aim to ensure efficient human resource management and the deployment of employees across various offices within a department or an organization.

The Haryana Human Resource Management System (Administration) Policy takes effect immediately.

The policy aims to enhance public service delivery by optimizing the use of government employees. It also ensures up-to-date data on their terms and conditions of service.

This will benefit both employees and the public alike, facilitating quicker and more informed decision-making.
