Cuemath, the global math tutoring platform, has appointed Varun Jha as the company’s new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

As per the company statement, Jha will play a significant role in supporting Cuemath’s growth by planning, developing, and executing the strategic marketing course for the brand.

Jha will also play an important role in scaling the company’s expansion in the global market and will outline Cuemath’s marketing roadmap and bolster the company’s ever-expanding growth journey.

Prior to joining Cuemath, Varun was heading Business and P&L for Wynk and Airtel Xstream (Airtel’s digital offering) and was instrumental in revamping and launching the OTT Subscription business model in Airtel. He has vast experience in cross-industry spanning Digital Payments, E-Commerce, Urban Mobility, Online Music Streaming, OTT, and Telcom.

Varun has over 15 years of experience in growth, product, and scaling consumer commerce businesses. He has rich experience in leadership roles across prominent consumer tech companies. He has worked with companies such as Zoomcar, Snapdeal, and PayU

Varun completed his MBA from IIT Bombay and B.E from the University of Mumbai. 

Cuemath is a global online math learning platform backed by marquee investors including Lightrock, Alpha Wave Incubation, Sequoia Capital India, CapitalG (formerly Google Capital), and Manta Ray.

The EdTech brand, which is present across 50 countries, has over 2,00,000 students leveraging its platform, at present.
