Procter & Gamble names Tracey Grabowski next Chief Human Resources Officer


Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, Ohio) announced that Tracey Grabowski has been appointed the next Chief Human Resources Officer of the company, which has 95,000 employees worldwide.

Bizjournals reports, she becomes HR Chief on Aug 1,2018 and will succeed to Mark Biegger who intends to retire in Oct 2018.

Tracey will report to David Taylor, CEO of the Cincinnati-based maker of consumer goods such as Pantene Shampoo.

Since 2015, Tracey has been a P&G Vice President and the HR Lead for North America, the company’s largest and most profitable market. Grabowski previously was named vice president of global compensation and benefits in 2011, when she also held the title of VP of human resources for P&G’s Global Business Services division.

She also has been HR Director for Global Fabric Care (2009), Finance/Legal (2007) and Gillette integration following the 2005 acquisition of the Boston-based division.

Before that, she was associate HR director for Global Hair Care (2003) and Food & Beverage (1997).
