Rachna Mukherjee retires as CHRO, Schneider Electric, Greater India

Rachna Mukherjee retires as Chief Human Resources Officer, Schneider Electric, Greater India on 31st Dec 2022.

Rachna Mukherjee has confirmed on social media and said, “After more than 8 years at Schneider Electric and close to 4 decades in the industry, I have finally superannuated on 31st Dec 2022!”

“I am excited to be walking into more self-regulated times and embracing a new chapter in my life with other corporate, social, and personal contributions as well as indulging in travel, and other interests. At the same time, I can’t help feeling sad at leaving a best-in-class organization with wonderful colleagues, great leaders, and one of the best HR teams. It has been a privilege to be a small part of this organization’s huge evolution for this region as a leadership team member and Director on the Board of group companies. I am proud to have led the people’s transformation and humbled at acknowledgments of its translation onto business growth”, she added.

“Last many weeks have been an emotional time, as I traveled and met colleagues across locations. I am grateful for the affection, friendship, and professional partnerships that I experienced. Thank you to my fantastic HR team for their immense contributions; to my colleagues for the opportunity to collaborate and learn; and to my leaders, especially Anil Chaudhry and Ferran Raurich, for their trust and unwavering support”, Rachna Mukherjee added.

“As I reflect on my entire career journey, I am overcome by gratitude for the organizations I have worked for and the people I had the opportunity to partner with. I could fulfill my personal passions for influencing culture transformations; driving equitable, inclusive, and empowering environments; and integrating different cultures during M&A. However, something that I’m personally the proudest of is transforming the talent and leadership landscape of the organizations I have worked in”, she added.

“I am delighted to pass on the baton to Binu Philip, appointed as CHRO for Schneider Electric, Greater India Zone. Congratulations Binu and thanks for being a supportive colleague for so many years. The great send-offs of the last many weeks are fresh in my mind and will forever remain in my heart as I step into the next phase of my work and life!”, she added.

Rachna has been associated with organizations such as Aircel Ltd., Microsoft, IBM, Escotel Mobile Communications Limited., National Informatics Centre (NIC), and Blue Star Ltd. (Hewlett Packard Divn.).
