Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) an Aditya Birla Group & Vodafone partnership Company appoints Sarita Tripathi as Head- Culture Inclusion and Employee Experience. She has been with Vodafone since June 2016 as Vice President –Human Resources.
Sarita has over 17+ years professional experience in Human Resources and has worked for different sectors like Agriculture, Automobile, Consumer Goods, Energy & Marine and Telecom. Multifaceted HR expertise across value chain (R&D, Operations, P& SCM, Quality, Sales & Marketing and Service).
Prior to joining Vodafone, she was associated with Tata Motors, Passenger Car Commercial Business Unit as Head HR. And earlier she worked with companies like Topaz Energy and Marine, CNH Industrial, Mitsubishi Electric, Johnson Matthey and a subsidiary company of Sony India.
