Vodafone Idea’s (Vi) Chief Digital Officer Reema Jain has stepped down
She joined Vodafone Idea in 2018 form from Unilever, where she was the head of IT. At Unilever, she was responsible for the supply chain, delivering digital solutions for the company’s global operations.

India’s leading telecom services provider Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has said in an internal company email that its Chief Digital Officer, Reema Jain has stepped down from the position at the company.

She has played a significant role in setting up the digital function in the company and has led it to a certain level of functional maturity, said Vodafone Idea.

She joined Vodafone Idea in 2018 form from Unilever, where she was the head of IT. At Unilever, she was responsible for the supply chain, delivering digital solutions for the company’s global operations. And prior to this assignment, she had performed global roles of IT Director-Digital Integration and IT Director-Application Management at Unilever.

Reema has over two decades of work experience across IT Strategy, Technology Delivery, Digital Solutions, ERP, Transformation Project Management, Operational Excellence, Devops and Agile Methodologies.

Before joining Unilever, she worked with GE where her last role was Oracle Technology Leader.

In recent months, Vodafone Idea saw a spate of senior-level executive exits, including ex-CTO Vishant Vora, former legal head Kumar Das, ex-brand officer Kavita Nair and chief technology security officer.
