Zomato strengthens leadership team with two appointments
Anjalli, a Harvard Kennedy School alumnus, earlier worked at Unilever as its global sustainability director. She has also worked with KPMG’s Climate Change Advisory practice in the past.

Zomato, a leading food services technology platform in India appoints Anjalli Ravi Kumar as Chief Sustainability Officer and Nitin Savara as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

Anjalli, a Harvard Kennedy School alumnus, earlier worked at Unilever as its global sustainability director. She has also worked with KPMG’s Climate Change Advisory practice in the past.

In his new role, he will work with chief financial officer Akshant Goyal. Prior to this Nitin Savara was a partner at EY, His focus area is M&A advisory, which includes commercial negotiations, financing arrangements, competition law, Indian tax laws, and international treaties, corporate law, securities laws, and exchange control norms.

With over 20 years of experience, Nitin is a qualified Chartered Accountant, he has extensive experience in advising companies on acquisition strategies (domestic and cross-border), investment structuring, group restructuring, and business reorganizations.

The company said in a statement that neither Nitin Savara nor Anjalli Ravi Kumar is designated as key managerial personnel under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Regulations.
