Bata India Unveils Its Largest Office in Gurugram on its Anniversary

Footwear retailer Bata, celebrating its 130th global anniversary, has recently opened its brand-new headquarters in Gurugram, India.

This state-of-the-art office space represents a harmonious blend of sustainability, modern design, and employee well-being.

The New Headquarters

The office is strategically situated in Millennium City, Gurugram. It proudly boasts both Platinum LEED Grade-A and GRIHA certifications, underscoring its commitment to eco-friendly practices.

The workspace embodies “Blue Sky Thinking,” fostering creativity and collaboration. Innovative features include a hot seat concept, wellness room, library, and creative open workspaces.

Smart technology abounds, with interactive digital screens and facial recognition access. Approximately 33% of the office benefits from natural light, enhancing employee well-being.

Water recycling systems and solar power contribute to its sustainable footprint. Low VOC paints ensure a healthy indoor environment.

Annually, Bata India sells approximately 50 million pairs of footwear, making it a trusted choice for people of all ages.
