Michael Page India Appoints Nilay Khandelwal as Senior MD

Michael Page India, part of the globally renowned PageGroup, has announced the appointment of Nilay Khandelwal as Senior Managing Director.

In this role, Nilay will lead Michael Page India’s strategic direction and operations.

He will be ensuring the delivery of top-tier recruitment solutions and strengthening relationships with clients.

He will be responsible for the offices in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Bengaluru, all actively recruiting in India’s key sectors – Legal, Digital & Analytics, Engineering & Manufacturing, Finance & Accounting, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Human Resources, Procurement & Supply Chain, Property & Construction, Sales & Marketing, and Technology.

Nilay Khandelwal’s Career Journey

As Senior Managing Director, Nilay brings over 15 years of expertise within PageGroup. He comes with a career that began in 2008 as a recruiter in Singapore.

He was instrumental in the launch of Michael Page India’s operations in 2011. Nilay set a foundation for the company’s growth in the Indian market1.

In 2016, Nilay returned to Singapore to lead the office there.

Here he was responsible for overseeing its expansion and establishing it as a key hub for recruitment in Asia.

Throughout his career, Nilay has collaborated with both government and private sector entities across multiple countries, which has deepened his understanding of the critical role of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.
