E-commerce giant Flipkart recently made history by inaugurating a delivery hub in Delhi-NCR entirely staffed by LGBTQIA+ employees.
This groundbreaking initiative demonstrates Flipkart’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where every individual feels valued and empowered.
Alongside its women-run fulfillment centers and hubs for persons with disabilities (PwD), this new LGBTQIA+ hub symbolizes Flipkart’s approach to fostering a truly diverse and welcoming work environment.
Flipkart’s recruitment policies are intentionally designed to eliminate bias.
The company ensures a fair and inclusive selection process, offering specialized training for hiring managers to address unconscious biases.

Industry LGBTQIA+ Hiring Program
In June, Wells Fargo launched its ‘Transgender Persons Hiring Program’ in India. The program aims to attract and train transgender talent across various business lines.
