Around 71% of employees in India are at advanced levels of digital maturity, significantly higher than the global average of 61%.
Indian professionals are actively involved in digital transformation initiatives, leading to higher perceived maturity scores as they witness improvements in workflows and efficiency.

These include the adoption of integrated suites, AI-powered analytics tools, and secure communication platforms.

Cybersecurity Challenges and Improvement Recommendations
Despite the progress, India faces challenges in cybersecurity readiness.
Only 37% of organizations in India offer cybersecurity training to employees, compared to 44% in the Asia-Pacific region and 41% globally.
The report emphasizes the need for government institutions and large enterprises to reassess their digital transformation strategies to address cybersecurity gaps and enhance collaboration.
The report suggests that leadership across sectors should champion initiatives that ease the steep learning curves associated with advanced digital tools.
