As the COVID cases have declined many companies have already started working from the office. According to the TOI reports, Recently, a mindful IT company that enables digital transformation for enterprises and technology, Happiest Minds mandates work from office for employees.

The company is planning to call all its employees back to work from the office effective April 1. The company currently employs 4,611 as of December 31, 2022.

CFO Venkatraman Narayanan, Happiest Minds said, “Realism has started settling in. Startups used to pay a lot to employees. That is less so now, which is helping us.”

Earlier in October, Happiest Minds Technologies said moonlighting is unacceptable for the company. The company has laid off a few employees engaged in dual employment who have been fired over the last 6-12 months. However, the company did not disclose the exact number of layoffs.
