Cummins India offers support for gender reassignment surgery to employees

Cummins India, a leading power solutions technology provider, announced Gender Reassignment Surgery (GRS) support for its employees.

Through the Cummins GRS support, employees who have decided to transition to their self-identifying gender, will receive financial assistance for their surgery. As the world celebrates the Pride month, Cummins India stands as a beacon of support to the LGBTQ+ community, embracing the values of togetherness, self-expression, and equality.
