Capgemini Announces New Leadership Appointments

On October 23, 2024, Capgemini, a global consulting and technology services company, made significant leadership appointments to drive its growth strategy. 

These changes signal Capgemini’s commitment to remaining a top partner for businesses worldwide.

Capgemini CEO, Americas BSU: Anirban Bose

Starting November 1, 2024, Anirban Bose will assume the role of CEO for the Americas Strategic Business Unit (SBU), succeeding Jim Bailey. 

Anirban brings a wealth of experience to this position, having previously led Capgemini’s Financial Services Strategic Business Unit and served as a member of the Group Executive Board since 2018.

His deep understanding of the industry and passion for digital transformation position him well to accelerate Capgemini’s trajectory in the Americas region.

Key Appointments at Capgemini

In another key move, Kartik Ramakrishnan has been appointed as the CEO of the Financial Services SBU.

Kartik has a successful track record, having led the Banking sector within Capgemini for the past six years. 

His appointment ensures continuity and strength in Capgemini’s global business operations.

Effective January 1, 2025, Jerome Simeon will take on the role of Chief Revenue Officer.

His responsibilities will span sales, key clients, and industries, with a focus on delivering even greater value to Capgemini’s clients during their business-critical transformations. 

Jerome’s expertise will be instrumental in driving growth and client satisfaction.

Also starting January 1, 2025, Franck Greverie will become Capgemini’s Chief Technology Officer.

His forward-thinking approach and deep tech expertise will accelerate the development of innovative solutions for clients. 

As Capgemini continues to lead in technology-driven services, Franck’s role will be pivotal.

Farewell to Olivier Sevillia

Olivier Sevillia, the Chief Operating Officer (COO), has decided to step down.

After an impressive 34-year career at Capgemini, Olivier will now pursue new endeavors as an individual.

His contributions have been invaluable, and the entire Capgemini team wishes him success in his next chapter. 

Olivier’s focus will be on promoting the techno-business ecosystem of European companies to enhance their competitiveness.
