Crescent Foundry appoints Pratyay Lahiri as Dy. CHRO

Leading Exporter of Machined Castings, Crescent Foundry has appointed Pratyay Lahiri as Dy. Chief Human Resource Officer.

In this role, he will be responsible for heading the Corp HR function including 4 plants.

Pratyay Lahiri has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Dy. CHRO at Crescent Foundry!”

He is an experienced Group Human Resources Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the mechanical or industrial engineering industry.

Pratyay is skilled in HR Consulting, Deferred Compensation, Executive Search, Six Sigma, and Technical Recruiting. He is a strong HR professional with a PGPM & IR, CPE focused in Human Resource Management & Strategy from International Management Institute.

Prior to Crescent Foundry, he was associated with Ashok Leyland as Zonal HR Head – East & Head HR – GAML India. In this role, he was responsible for Heading HR function of Sales, Service and Parts business and working out of 16 offices across East.

His earlier stints include working with PI Industries Ltd, Super Smelters Limited, Star Cement Ltd., and The Adecco Group.

He holds his PGDPM HR & IR, Human Resources from International Management Institute – IMI and completed his Bachelor of Science – BS, Economics from Calcutta University, Kolkata.
