Kirit Nagar brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, and workforce management.
Over the years, he has held leadership roles in major global organizations, shaping their hiring processes and talent strategies.
Prior to joining Ethos, Kirit served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Razorpay, where he played a key role in scaling hiring operations for the fintech company.
Before Razorpay, he worked at Uber, holding the position of Talent Acquisition Manager for India and South Asia.
His tenure at Uber focused on expanding the company’s workforce and implementing strategic hiring initiatives.
Kirit also spent over a decade at Adobe, where he held multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Lead for University Relations, and Senior Talent Partner.
His experience at Adobe helped him develop expertise in employer branding, leadership hiring, and workforce planning.
Academically, Kirit holds a degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University and an Executive Certification in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
His educational background has equipped him with technical and strategic HR skills, making him a valuable asset in talent leadership.
