Kapture CX Appoints HR Veteran Devika Rajeev as Head – HR

Her career also includes stints at renowned organizations such as Wipro, Heidrick & Struggles, and Ola.

Devika’s expertise spans performance management, rewards, and talent management, making her a well-rounded HR professional.

Devika holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier institutions for HR education.

Her academic credentials further bolster her capability to lead Kapture CX’s HR initiatives effectively.
