mPokket appoints Lenskart’s Sukhpreet Singh as Head- HR

mPokket, an Instant Loan App providing loans to college students and young working professionals has announced the appointment of Sukhpreet Singh as Head of Human Resources.

Before joining mPokket, Sukhpreet was associated with Lenskart as Head of HR. He has rich experience working with leading organizations such as Concentrix, Aon Hewitt, and VitalSmarts India.

In his new role, Sukhpreet will be responsible for HR team leadership, besides developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Company’s overall business strategy. As he begins a new journey with mPokket, he aims to strengthen numerous initiatives where employees are placed at the center of events.

Commenting on Sukhpreet’s appointment Gaurav Jalan, CEO & Founder– mPokket said, “We have strong ambitions for transformingmPokket into a truly diverse, inclusive, people-driven, and equitable company,”

mPokket is an Instant Loan App that provides loans to college students and young working professionals. Primary goal of the company is to financially empower youth of the country. Its repayment plans are flexible with borrowers having the option of paying back the money over a period of 3 months along with a nominal interest charge.
